Forget your basic iced coffee. This tropical cocktail blends bold espresso with creamy banana, bright pineapple, and a sparkling 6oz of STIIIZY Caribbean Breeze. It's rich, fruity, and delivers a balanced lift, perfect for brunch or golden hour.

Ingredients:

  • 1oz Fresh Espresso
  • 1oz Banana Syrup (see below)
  • 1oz Pineapple Juice
  • 6oz (or more for your preferred dose) STIIIZY Seltzer Caribbean Breeze (5mg, 10mg, 20mg)

Instructions:

  • Shake espresso, banana syrup, and pineapple juice with ice.
  • Pour into a highball glass.
  • Top with STIIIZY Caribbean Breeze.
  • Garnish with coffee beans for a luxe touch.

Banana Syrup (Make Ahead):

  • In a saucepan, combine 1 ripe banana, 8oz sugar, 8oz water, and ½ tsp vanilla extract.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat for 5 minutes.
  • Cool and strain.
