Refund policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase of our Hemp Products. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
1. Refund Eligibility:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
2. Return Process:
- Please contact our customer service team at support@stiiizydrinks.com to initiate the return process.
- You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
- We also require an image of the product showing the issue, whether it's damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 Business Days.
Note: We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
