This cocktail goes beyond the fruity norm, infusing elderflower tea, lemon, and rosemary with a subtle serrano kick. Rounded out with 4oz of STIIIZY Strawberry Kiwi, it’s delicate, bold, and seriously unexpected.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Serrano Disk
  • 1 Small Rosemary Sprig
  • 0.75oz Lemon Juice
  • 0.5oz Simple Syrup
  • 1oz Elderflower Tea (see below)
  • 6oz (or more for your preferred dose) STIIIZY Seltzer Strawberry Kiwi (5mg, 10mg, 20mg)

Instructions:

  • Muddle serrano and rosemary in a shaker.
  • Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower tea.
  • Add ice and shake. Strain into glass.
  • Top with STIIIZY Strawberry Kiwi.
  • Garnish with rosemary.
  • Elderflower Tea (Make Ahead):
  • Steep 1 elderflower tea bag in 4oz hot water. Let cool.
