This cocktail goes beyond the fruity norm, infusing elderflower tea, lemon, and rosemary with a subtle serrano kick. Rounded out with 4oz of STIIIZY Strawberry Kiwi, it’s delicate, bold, and seriously unexpected.
Ingredients:
- 1 Serrano Disk
- 1 Small Rosemary Sprig
- 0.75oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5oz Simple Syrup
- 1oz Elderflower Tea (see below)
- 6oz (or more for your preferred dose) STIIIZY Seltzer Strawberry Kiwi (5mg, 10mg, 20mg)
Instructions:
- Muddle serrano and rosemary in a shaker.
- Add lemon juice, simple syrup, and elderflower tea.
- Add ice and shake. Strain into glass.
- Top with STIIIZY Strawberry Kiwi.
- Garnish with rosemary.
- Elderflower Tea (Make Ahead):
- Steep 1 elderflower tea bag in 4oz hot water. Let cool.
